Welcome to askOdin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the askOdin website and service (the "Service") operated by askOdin Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "askOdin").

By using askOdin, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Using askOdin

Eligibility

askOdin is intended for professional use by business analysts, investors, and financial professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using askOdin, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are using the Service for professional or business purposes.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• Don't share your password with anyone
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• Let us know immediately if your account is compromised

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape or copy content using automated tools without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Manipulate or misrepresent information for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You own the content you create or submit to askOdin
• By posting content, you give us permission to store, display, and share it as necessary to operate the Service
• You're responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it
• Don't post content that infringes on others' intellectual property, privacy, or rights

Our Content

• The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by askOdin
• You can't copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission
• Our trademarks and branding belong to us

Data and Analysis

• Information and analysis provided through askOdin is for informational purposes only
• We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
• You're responsible for verifying information before making business decisions

Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, but we're not obligated to monitor all content.

3. Service Availability

As-Is Service

askOdin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs will be fixed
• The Service will meet your specific needs
• Your data will never be lost (though we try our best)
• Information provided is accurate or up-to-date

Changes and Downtime

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We'll try to give notice for major changes, but can't always guarantee it
• We're not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

4. Fees and Payments

Current Pricing

askOdin is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future:

• We'll notify you before charging anything
• You can choose whether to subscribe
• Fees will be clearly displayed
• Refund policies will be specified at that time

5. Professional Use Disclaimer

Not Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

askOdin provides information and tools for professional analysis, but does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

• Don't rely solely on askOdin for investment or business decisions
• Always consult qualified professionals for specific advice
• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service
• Past performance or data does not guarantee future results

No Fiduciary Duty

We have no fiduciary relationship or duty to you. We're not your advisor, broker, or agent.

6. Termination

You Can Leave Anytime

You can stop using askOdin and delete your account at any time by emailing us at support@askodin.com.

We Can Terminate Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Create risk or legal exposure for askOdin or other users

We'll try to give you notice, but may terminate immediately for serious violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• askOdin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• This includes loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or investment losses
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 if you're a free user)
• Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

We're not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on information from the Service
• Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions
• Third-party content or services
• Unauthorized access to your account

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless askOdin from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights
• Business or investment decisions you make

9. Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If we have a dispute, let's try to resolve it informally first by contacting us at support@askodin.com. If that doesn't work, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes:

• We'll notify you by email or through a notice on the service
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms
• The "Last updated" date shows when a new version of the Terms was posted.

11. General

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and askOdin.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We can assign our rights to another company (like in an acquisition).
